Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
- Manage project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Apply your interior design knowledge to create functional and stylish spaces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction and interior fit-out processes.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- An eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces (a plus!).
