- Answer phone calls and emails politely and professionally.
- Keep patient records up-to-date and handle payments smoothly.
- Help out with everyday tasks around the office.
Qualifications
- Speak English fluently (like a pro!).
- Be a master organizer and juggle things with ease.
- Have excellent communication skills and love interacting with people.
- Previous experience in a dental office or hospital is a plus.
