Responsibilities
- You’ll be the master of keeping projects organized! Here’s what you’ll do:
- Create and update project schedules using computer programs like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Make sure there are enough people and resources available for each project stage.
- Estimate project costs and keep an eye on spending to stay within budget.
- Track project progress, identify any delays or issues, and find solutions to fix them.
- Work with everyone involved in the project (managers, engineers, contractors, clients) to keep everyone on the same page and ensure deadlines are met.
