Housekeeping Supervisor Job – Manama, Bahrain

A reputable company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is looking to hire a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of its facilities. If you have experience in housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, and pool maintenance, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality cleaning.
• Create and enforce cleaning schedules and standards for all areas.
• Inspect the premises regularly to ensure everything meets cleanliness standards.
• Provide training and guidance to the housekeeping team, ensuring they follow procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address customer complaints and resolve them quickly.
• Ensure a good understanding of housekeeping, pest control, and pool maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (+2), or a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Facilities, or Hospitality.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to draft professional emails and experience with ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Must hold a valid Bahrain or GCC driving license.
