Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily cleaning and housekeeping activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Manage a team of 40-50 staff members, creating schedules and assigning tasks.
- Train and guide staff regularly, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Respond to and resolve resident and customer complaints quickly.
- Estimate staffing needs and review team performance regularly.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, maintaining stock records and planning ahead for future needs.
- Ensure all cleaning and housekeeping standards meet industry benchmarks.
- Conduct staff training, daily briefings, and ensure team members maintain high grooming standards.
- Stay updated with market trends and suggest improvements to current operations within the budget.
- Be knowledgeable in cleaning, housekeeping, pool maintenance, and pest control.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (+2), or a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Facilities, or Hospitality.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
- Proficient in drafting professional emails, and experience with ERP/SAP software is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Must hold a valid Bahrain or GCC driving license.
