Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily cleaning and housekeeping activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage a team of 40-50 staff members, creating schedules and assigning tasks.
  • Train and guide staff regularly, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Respond to and resolve resident and customer complaints quickly.
  • Estimate staffing needs and review team performance regularly.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, maintaining stock records and planning ahead for future needs.
  • Ensure all cleaning and housekeeping standards meet industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct staff training, daily briefings, and ensure team members maintain high grooming standards.
  • Stay updated with market trends and suggest improvements to current operations within the budget.
  • Be knowledgeable in cleaning, housekeeping, pool maintenance, and pest control.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (+2), or a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Facilities, or Hospitality.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
  • Proficient in drafting professional emails, and experience with ERP/SAP software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must hold a valid Bahrain or GCC driving license.
