Female Front Desk Executive – Manama, Bahrain

We are a well-established business group in Manama, Bahrain, with divisions in contracting, real estate, and hotel management. We are urgently seeking a Female Front Desk Executive to join our team. If you are professional, organized, and skilled in communication, this role is perfect for you. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally, directing them to the right departments.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls or take messages as needed.
  • Handle daily emails, letters, invoices, and other correspondence by sorting and distributing them to the appropriate people.
  • Draft letters, email replies, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Manage document filing (both digital and hard copies), scan, fax, and email documents.
  • Maintain management’s calendars by scheduling meetings and appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Perform general secretarial duties and support management staff.
  • Ensure the reception area, visitor’s lounge, and conference room are always clean and organized.
  • Check office equipment, supplies, and stationery regularly to ensure everything is functioning and stocked.
  • Assist other departments when required.

Qualifications:

  • A pleasant personality and a professional appearance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and high-level organizational abilities.
  • Fast typing skills and computer proficiency.
  • Immediate availability for local visa/mobility transfer in Bahrain.
