Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting tiles that suit their design preferences and functional requirements.
- Measure floor areas and calculate the exact amount of tiles needed for each project.
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to assist a diverse customer base.
- Provide detailed product information, including pricing, installation methods, and maintenance advice.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service from the initial consultation to post-sale support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively engaging with customers and recommending suitable products.
- Stay informed about different tile types (such as porcelain and ceramic), current trends, and installation techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tiles Salesman or in a related sales role.
- Strong knowledge of floor plan measurements and tile quantity calculations.
- Familiarity with various tile materials and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
