Responsibilities:
- Lead aerobics and Zumba sessions for groups of varying fitness levels.
- Create workout plans and routines tailored to clients’ goals and abilities.
- Encourage and motivate clients to reach their fitness targets.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during workouts and provide modifications if needed.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment in fitness classes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in aerobics and Zumba is a must.
- Ability to lead group classes with energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication skills and a motivational attitude.
- Certification in fitness training or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience working as a fitness instructor is preferred but not mandatory.
