Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operations:
    • Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the central kitchen’s operations, including production, quality control, and logistics.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Optimize production processes to boost efficiency and cut costs.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and production workers.
    • Motivate and guide team members to reach production targets.
    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts quickly.
  • Production Planning:
    • Create and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts and order volumes.
    • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock of raw materials.
  • Quality Control:
    • Establish and maintain quality standards for all products.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
    • Quickly identify and address any quality issues.
  • Cost Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
    • Monitor expenses related to labor, materials, and utilities.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain:
    • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of raw materials.
    • Manage the transportation and distribution of finished products to our outlets.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in food production or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale kitchen operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
