Responsibilities:
- Manage Operations:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the central kitchen’s operations, including production, quality control, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Optimize production processes to boost efficiency and cut costs.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and production workers.
- Motivate and guide team members to reach production targets.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts quickly.
- Production Planning:
- Create and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts and order volumes.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock of raw materials.
- Quality Control:
- Establish and maintain quality standards for all products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
- Quickly identify and address any quality issues.
- Cost Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Monitor expenses related to labor, materials, and utilities.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Logistics and Supply Chain:
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of raw materials.
- Manage the transportation and distribution of finished products to our outlets.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in food production or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
