Responsibilities:
- HVAC Foreman – Maintenance:
Oversee HVAC maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. - HVAC Senior Technician:
Perform advanced HVAC repairs and maintenance. Provide guidance to junior technicians and assist in project planning. - BMS Operator:
Monitor and control building management systems. Ensure all systems are functioning optimally and report any irregularities. - Helper:
Assist with various tasks related to HVAC maintenance and installation. Support team members in completing projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in HVAC or related fields for the foreman and technician roles.
- Familiarity with building management systems for the BMS Operator position.
- No formal qualifications are needed for the Helper position, but willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be a Kuwait resident.
