Responsibilities
- Call Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers, providing assistance and information regarding our services.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information and service requests in our database.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Shift Work: Be available for shifts as required by the company to provide 24/7 support.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi to communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience preferred, particularly in call center or backend roles. Experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word for data management and reporting.
- Visa Requirements: Must be willing to change visa status.
