Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist customers with their product inquiries and provide helpful recommendations.
- Product Management: Ensure that product displays are attractive and shelves are well-stocked to meet customer demand.
- Transaction Processing: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Returns and Complaints: Manage customer returns and resolve complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Department Oversight: (For Department Managers) Supervise a specific department, manage inventory, and train sales associates to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively assist customers.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and support fellow staff members.
