Responsibilities
As the Health Safety Environment Supervisor, your key duties will include:
- Overseeing Health and Safety Protocols: Implement and monitor health and safety measures across the site.
- Conducting Inspections: Perform regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Accident Investigations: Lead investigations into accidents to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Implementing EHS Measures: Develop and enforce environmental health and safety initiatives to promote a safe workplace.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in health and safety or environmental health and safety (EHS).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Skills in accident investigation and inspections.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Certifications in health and safety management are a plus.
- A team-oriented attitude.
