Responsibilities
As a Cook, your key responsibilities will include:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring high quality and taste.
- Menu Planning: Assist in menu planning and daily specials to attract customers.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy times.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Proven experience as a cook in an Indian kitchen, with a focus on parota preparation for the position of Parota Master.
- Visa Requirements: Must hold a transferable 18 number visa or an Ahli visa; small scale visa holders are also welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong culinary skills, creativity in dish presentation, and the ability to work well in a team.
