Responsibilities
As a Helper, your main duties will include:
- Assisting Electricians and Welders in their daily tasks.
- Ensuring the worksite is clean and organized.
- Carrying tools and materials as needed.
- Following safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Electricians and Welders will have additional responsibilities specific to their trades, including installing and repairing electrical systems and welding materials, respectively.
Qualifications
- Helpers: No formal qualifications required, but previous experience in construction is a plus.
- Electricians and Welders: Relevant certifications or experience in electrical work or welding.
- Must be able to work 26 days a month, with ten hours of daily work.
Benefits
- Salary:
- Helper: 130 OMR
- Electrician: 160 OMR
- Welder: 160 OMR
- Accommodation and meals will be provided.
- Overtime pay is available for hours worked beyond the standard 260 hours per month.
- Salary will be issued within 30 days after submitting your timesheet.
