Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry projects, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee the production of doors, frames, windows, furniture, kitchen cabinets, bedroom cabinets, and interior fittings.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a supervisory role in carpentry or woodworking.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools, along with excellent leadership and communication abilities.
