Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the finishing phases of civil construction projects, including flooring, ceilings, walls, doors and windows, trim and moldings, painting, wallpaper, tiles, and decorative details.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans and schedules.
- Manage and monitor all aspects of the project closely.
- Liaise with subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications.
- Identify and resolve potential problems or delays proactively.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Comply with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, especially in finishing works.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
