Responsibilities:
- Manage all design projects, guiding them from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Create original designs, including illustrations and infographics, that effectively communicate our message.
- Review and provide feedback on junior designers’ work to maintain quality standards.
- Use graphic design software to refine images, fonts, and layouts.
- Employ typography techniques to enhance visual appeal.
- Generate innovative ideas to represent concepts and promote our products/services.
- Improve user experience in our digital products.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to meet project deadlines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and tools to keep our designs fresh and relevant.
- Work with videographers to direct and capture specific scenes for video projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and team members to produce high-quality video content, including the use of computer graphics and special effects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a senior position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects.
- Proficiency in image editing software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with design software, including InDesign and Balsamiq.
- Excellent aesthetic sense, with the ability to blend colors, fonts, and layouts effectively.
- Attention to detail and visual elements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
