Responsibilities:
- Head Chef: Oversee kitchen operations, manage the culinary team, and create innovative menus.
- DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie): Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen standards.
- CDP (Chef de Partie): Take charge of specific kitchen stations, ensuring dishes meet our high-quality standards.
- Commis: Support the kitchen team with food preparation and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Relevant experience in a high-end restaurant or similar culinary setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong cooking skills with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
