Responsibilities:
- Preparation: Prepare a variety of cakes and pastries, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ingredients, ensuring everything is fresh and properly stored.
- Sanitation: Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Training: Commis and assistants may assist in training junior staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Pastry Commis and Assistants: At least 2 years of experience in preparing cakes and pastries.
- Chefs: A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing expertise in pastry preparation.
- Head Chef: At least 10 years of experience with a proven track record of leading a pastry team.
- Local Availability: Applicants must currently be in Bahrain for local transfer.
