Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, your main tasks will include:
- Greeting and assisting club members and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Handling phone calls and responding to inquiries about the club’s services and membership options.
- Scheduling appointments and managing bookings for padel courts.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both in English and Filipino.
- A friendly demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills for managing bookings and inquiries.
