Roles and Responsibilities
For QC Inspector (Welding):
- Maintain quality control documents for welding activities related to structural steel, pipe spools, and static equipment.
- Collaborate with third-party inspection agencies to meet project requirements.
For QC Inspector (Piping):
- Maintain quality control documents for piping and structural steel activities.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies as required by the project.
Qualifications
For QC Inspector (Welding):
- High School diploma.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
- AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 Certification.
- CBT in Welding.
- 3 years of experience in QA/QC for Aramco projects.
- Familiarity with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP, and Sch.Q requirements.
- Knowledge of ASME, NBBI, API, UL, AWS, ASNT, ASTM, and AISC standards.
For QC Inspector (Piping):
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
- API 653 and 510 Certifications.
- CBT.
- 3 years of experience in QA/QC for Aramco projects.
- Familiarity with SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, SATIP, and Sch.Q requirements.
- Knowledge of ASME, NBBI, API, UL, AWS, FM, NFPA, ANSI, NACE, ASNT, ASTM, and AISC standards.
Salary Package
Salary ranges from SR 7,000 to 10,000 per month based on qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview. The working hours are 10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
