Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for HR-related government affairs and administrative services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Review employee performance and offer feedback.
- Train hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Prepare and send employment offer letters after receiving necessary approvals.
- Manage the mobilization and demobilization processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Inform employees about additional benefits available to them.
- Deliver training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Collaborate closely with HR and government affairs departments to support new hires.
- Handle medical insurance coverage and address employee grievances.
Qualifications
- Female candidates preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
