Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily operations.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain organized storage of products.
- Verify received goods against orders to ensure accuracy.
- Store incoming goods correctly using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Monitor inventory levels daily to ensure adequate stock.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile actual quantities with system records.
- Identify future inventory needs based on sales forecasts and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, distributions, and audits.
- Protect inventory from damage or theft.
- Oversee daily supply chain operations:
- Print daily sales invoices (receipts).
- Review invoices upon request.
- Sort and distribute sales invoices to delivery teams.
- Assign drivers using the CRM system.
- Ensure that sent goods match customer orders.
- Supervise loading of goods for delivery.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery or installation.
- Follow up with drivers on delivery status.
- Record invoices in the system after delivery.
- Archive receipts and coordinate with sales departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
