Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in MEP management or supervision, preferably within the construction sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP system design, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards.
- Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems, providing technical guidance to the site team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of MEP activities, including installation schedules, inspection reports, and change orders.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools. PMP certification is a plus.
