Key Responsibilities
As a Power Generator Technician, your tasks will include:
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair electrical systems in generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and engine-related mechanical issues.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections to ensure the generator operates efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on gauges and meters to track the generator’s performance.
- Parts Replacement: Replace malfunctioning parts to maintain smooth operation of generators.
- Emergency Services: Be available for on-call emergency services as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in generator maintenance and repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Must have a valid driving license and be locally available for immediate hiring.
- Flexibility to work during emergency call-outs.
