Key Responsibilities
As the Manager, your duties will include:
- Managing overall business operations and ensuring project success.
- Producing reports to monitor contractor progress and summarize achievements, challenges, and milestones.
- Planning divisional and project budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Representing the company in meetings with clients and consultants.
- Monitoring the tendering and estimation process, ensuring realistic project costs.
- Maintaining the organization’s reputation by expanding the sales market and managing client contracts.
- Ensuring safety and security standards in all operations, adhering to ISO certification procedures.
- Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A BSc/MSc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the GCC, with 7 years focused on Roads & Infrastructure projects.
- 5+ years of experience in tendering, with established business contacts in Bahrain being an advantage.
- Expertise in infrastructure and industrial operations, including knowledge of sewerage systems and piping.
- Previous experience with reputable competitors in the GCC.
