Key Responsibilities
As a Reservation Assistant, your main duties will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, or in person.
- Managing and updating the reservation system to ensure accurate bookings.
- Assisting customers with their transportation needs and providing information about services.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or reservation role.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
- The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
