Responsibilities
As a Commi (Pastry), your duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of a variety of pastries and desserts.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistent quality in all baked goods.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and contributing ideas for new menu items.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pastry commi or in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of pastry techniques and a passion for baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
