Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Analyze client requirements for development projects alongside project managers.
- Prepare resources and plan projects to meet required timelines.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, engaging with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Address client complaints to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve assigned targets and explore innovative ways to grow the business with clients.
- Monitor project schedules, coordinate activities, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Prepare status reports by collecting and analyzing project data, and recommend actions based on findings.
- Ensure that all client inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management.
- A valid driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
