Responsibilities

Accounting Tasks:

  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns on time.
  • Monitor cash flow and track financial transactions.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures.
  • Organize and maintain records and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication among different departments.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure availability.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the accounting and administrative team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and organize training sessions.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Analyze financial data to assist in decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
