Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow blueprints and drawings to determine the required steel framework.
- Cut and bend steel bars according to specifications.
- Secure and fasten steel bars and mesh using various tools.
- Ensure the quality and safety of the worksite by adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in construction.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
