Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing work on carpentry projects, including trimming, molding, and cabinetry.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in finishing work.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in various environments.
