Responsibilities
Supervisor:
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers
- Train and supervise junior staff
Front Office Staff:
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Tea Boy:
- Prepare and serve tea and refreshments
- Assist with general office tasks
Qualifications
Supervisor:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Valid Kuwait driving license
- 18 visa only
Front Office Staff:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Female only
- 18 visa only
Tea Boy:
- 18 visa only
