Responsibilities
- Visit clients regularly to discuss their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide expert advice on how to use them.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to their needs and offering support during projects.
- Manage all stages of the project, including evaluation, planning, and implementation, to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
- Handle financial aspects like payments, collections, and credit management.
- Analyze customer feedback to continually improve services.
- Conduct market research and study competitors to improve sales strategies and offer better solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Candidates under 35 years old are preferred.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Must have a valid Qatar driver’s license.
