Responsibilities
- Customer Visits & Pre-sales: Visit clients regularly, engage in pre-sales activities, and communicate about ongoing projects.
- Product Solutions: Understand customer needs, help them choose the right products, and offer tailored solutions.
- Project Management: Manage all stages of the project—from planning to payment settlement, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the project and implement effective solutions.
- Customer Collections: Handle payment reconciliations, including cash, advance payments, and credits.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect and evaluate customer feedback to improve satisfaction and services.
- Market Research: Analyze the market, study competitors, and categorize customers for better targeting.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-4 years of sales engineering experience is required.
- Age: Applicants must be under 35 years old.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
- Driving License: A valid Qatar driver’s license is a must.
