Responsibilities
- Oversee all tasks related to fire alarm maintenance, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses before starting any work to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Endorse formal handover documents from contractors and suppliers upon project completion, confirming their acceptability.
- Supervise and guide technicians and helpers, ensuring they adhere to health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical and communication skills, ability to supervise effectively, proactive decision-making, and excellent organizational abilities in a complex environment.
