Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Italian pizza, sushi, burgers, and beverages.
- Menu Development: Contribute to menu planning and design, ensuring offerings are appealing and meet customer preferences.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation in all dishes served.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and a smooth workflow.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to understand their preferences and gather feedback on dishes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a chef, particularly in Italian cuisine, sushi, and burgers, is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
