Responsibilities
- Project Analysis: Review project requirements, specifications, and drawings to understand client needs.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and accurate cost estimates for projects.
- Tender Documentation: Study tender documents to ensure all specifications are met.
- Quantity Takeoff: Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing to provide accurate financial assessments.
- Technical Submissions: Prepare necessary technical documents and submissions for projects.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication or a Diploma in a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in estimating for Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, or Central Battery Systems, ideally in the ELV contracting sector.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, and Central Battery Systems.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Protec, Siemens) are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, along with basic CAD knowledge.
