Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Supervise the Real Estate Division to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with subcontractors, site workers, and other departments to maintain efficient workflow and project progress.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management to keep everyone informed.
- Safety Standards: Uphold construction safety and environmental standards on all job sites.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Adapt and work effectively under pressure in challenging environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, strong understanding of construction safety, and ability to manage various tasks.
- Local Availability: Candidates must be available locally in Bahrain and possess a valid driving license.
