Responsibilities
As a Florist Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the florist team and manage staff.
- Create and arrange floral designs for various occasions.
- Train and mentor team members on floral techniques and customer service.
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring they are fresh and available.
- Assist customers with selections and provide expert advice on floral arrangements.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A minimum of three years of experience in florist management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts and handle pressure during peak times.
- Knowledge of floral designs, flowers, foliage, and their seasonal availability.
