Responsibilities
As the Executive Chef, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Creating innovative menus that cater to diverse customer preferences.
- Managing food costs and budgeting effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and HACCP regulations.
- Overseeing bulk cooking operations and maintaining food safety.
- Providing excellent customer service and dealing with client inquiries.
- Utilizing computer skills for menu planning and inventory management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Significant experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP regulations.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in menu creation, costing, and bulk cooking.
- Fluency in English is required.
