Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will:
- Lead Teams: Supervise and guide mechanical teams during the installation, maintenance, and inspection of fuel storage tanks.
- Manage Work Permits: Serve as the Work Permit Receiver, ensuring all tasks comply with safety regulations and permit requirements.
- Ensure HSE Compliance: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on-site by conducting safety briefings and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate Efforts: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure timely project completion and quality standards.
- Monitor Quality: Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring all mechanical operations meet industry standards and specifications.
- Report Accurately: Maintain records of work completed, incidents, and safety audits, and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in fuel storage, power plants, or substations.
- Experience in the Tanks Division is highly desirable.
- A valid KSA Driving License.
- A transferable Iqama is required; a driving license is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and practices.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
