Responsibilities
As the Senior Sales Lead, you will:
- Engage Clients: Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders at power plants and large organizations to understand their needs.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow our client base in civil and mechanical projects.
- Gather Requirements: Visit client sites to assess needs, gather project specifications, and find opportunities for new projects or services.
- Procure Purchase Orders: Assist in securing purchase orders by presenting customized solutions and negotiating favorable contract terms.
- Analyze the Market: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with project management and operations teams to ensure we meet client expectations and deliver projects successfully.
- Report Progress: Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and feedback to management on market conditions and client interactions.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Proven sales experience in civil and mechanical projects, especially related to power plants.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, with a history of meeting sales targets and securing contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships at all levels.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia, mainly in the western region.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
