Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Gulf region, focusing on infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods, project management, and safety protocols.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage on-site teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
