Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the management team.
- Distribute tasks to employees and coordinate work shifts.
- Organize interviews and appointments for the management team.
- Monitor and alert the team about urgent tasks and appointments.
- Review and manage emails for the manager.
- Prepare reports and summarize key findings.
- Plan employee events and activities to foster team spirit.
- Arrange travel plans, conferences, and necessary equipment.
- Draft and manage internal and external communications, including memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
- Answer incoming calls directed to the manager’s office.
- Oversee the filing and archiving system.
- Update and enforce company policies and ethics.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A valid residence permit and a private car.
