Hiring Hotel Staff

Responsibilities

1. Receptionist (Keralite preferred)
   • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
   • Answer phone calls and manage reservations.
   • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
2. Chef
   • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel standards.
   • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
   • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items.
3. Commi 3
   • Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
   • Help with kitchen cleanliness and organization.
   • Follow food safety guidelines.
4. Kitchen Stewards
   • Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
   • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
   • Assist in food storage and inventory management.
5. Waitress
   • Serve food and beverages to guests.
   • Take and process customer orders efficiently.
   • Provide excellent customer service and support.
6. Cleaners
   • Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas.
   • Report maintenance issues to management.
   • Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience: Relevant experience is preferred for all positions.
• Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
