Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities among designers, carpenters, and welders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings for accuracy in all project phases.
- Oversee fit-out and woodworking projects from start to finish, maintaining high quality throughout.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Guide and mentor craftsmen to create a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage project timelines effectively and ensure that key milestones are achieved.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent diploma with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in project supervision, especially in carpentry and fit-out works.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a workshop setting.
