Bread Baker – CDP (Chef de Partie)

We are seeking an experienced Bread Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. If you have a passion for baking and the skills to create a variety of delicious breads, we want to hear from you! You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by recommending new recipes for our menu.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake various types of bread, including but not limited to loaves, pretzels, croissants, Danish pastries, and sourdough.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure high-quality products.
• Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to develop exciting bread recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer demands and ensure timely service.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering ingredients as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a bread baker or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of different bread-making techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for baking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
