Responsibilities
- You’ll be the final details hero, overseeing the finishing stages of construction projects.
- Think managing flooring, ceilings, walls, and everything else to ensure top quality and on-time completion.
- You’ll also work closely with subcontractors and keep everything running smoothly.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) is a must.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision, especially finishing work, is key.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
- Being computer-savvy (Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus.
